Non-Returnable Items

Missing Packages

Return Shipping

Approved eligible returns qualify for free return shipping.

Real Low will provide a prepaid return shipping label once the return request has been reviewed and approved.

Unauthorized returns sent without approval may be rejected or returned to sender.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are generally processed within 1–3 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used during checkout.

Depending on the financial institution or payment provider, additional processing time may apply before funds appear in the customer’s account.

Real Low does not issue cash refunds, alternative payment refunds, or refunds to different payment methods.


Inspection & Approval

Returned items may be inspected before refund approval is finalized.

Refunds may be reduced, denied, or rejected if:

Limitation of Liability

Real Low reserves the right to make final determinations regarding return eligibility, refund approval, damaged item claims, and policy enforcement.
