This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping procedures, timelines, responsibilities, and limitations related to purchases made through Real Low.
By placing an order with Real Low, customers agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Shipping Availability
Real Low currently ships only within the United States.
International shipping, freight forwarding services, and reseller forwarding operations are not supported at this time.
Orders identified as freight forwarding, reseller activity, or unauthorized redistribution may be canceled at our discretion.
Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.
Processing times may vary depending on:
- Product availability
- Supplier fulfillment timelines
- Inventory verification
- Fraud prevention review
- Carrier pickup schedules
- Holiday or peak season demand
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Real Low currently offers standard shipping options.
Orders may ship through multiple carriers depending on:
- Warehouse location
- Supplier fulfillment partner
- Shipping destination
- Package size and weight
Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other regional and national delivery providers.
Certain orders may qualify for free shipping promotions or free shipping thresholds where applicable.
Delivery Estimates
Standard shipping delivery times are generally estimated at 3–7 business days after shipment.
Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier disruptions
- Supply chain issues
- Holiday demand
- Natural disasters
- Operational delays outside our control
Real Low is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, suppliers, customs authorities, weather events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Order Tracking
Tracking information is generally provided once an order ships.
Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the tracking information supplied by the carrier.
Some orders may ship in multiple packages from separate warehouses, suppliers, or fulfillment centers.
Split shipments may arrive on different dates.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Real Low is not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses submitted by customers
- Delivery failures caused by address errors
- Packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses
- Carrier delays resulting from inaccurate shipping information
Customers should contact support immediately if shipping information needs correction. Address modifications cannot be guaranteed after order processing begins.
Lost Packages
A shipment may only be considered potentially lost after an extended period without tracking movement or delivery updates.
Because orders may be fulfilled through third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners, including services such as Wholesale2B and CJ Dropshipping, lost package investigations and resolutions are subject to supplier and carrier claim timelines.
In many cases, packages must remain without tracking updates for approximately 10–15 business days before carriers or suppliers will officially classify the shipment as lost.
Once the required investigation period has passed and the carrier confirms the package is lost, eligible customers may be offered either:
- A free replacement shipment
- A full refund
Investigation timelines may vary depending on the carrier, shipping service, supplier policies, and shipment destination.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking information shows a package as “Delivered” but the customer cannot locate it, customers should first:
- Check around the delivery location and surrounding property
- Check porches, side doors, garages, mailrooms, or secure delivery areas
- Ask neighbors or household members
- Contact the local post office or carrier directly using the tracking number
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment generally transfers to the recipient.
Real Low is not liable for:
- Stolen packages
- Packages missing after confirmed delivery
- Carrier delivery errors after delivery confirmation
- Unsecured delivery locations selected by the customer
However, we may attempt to assist customers with carrier investigations where possible.
Returned to Sender Shipments
Packages may be returned to the warehouse or supplier for reasons including:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Failed delivery attempts
- Carrier delivery issues
- Refused shipments
If a shipment is returned due to customer error, including incorrect address information, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping costs.
If the customer requests a refund instead of re-shipment, original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds or replacements related to returned shipments will only be processed after the warehouse, supplier, or fulfillment center confirms receipt and inspection of the returned package.
Supplier & Fulfillment Partner Operations
Certain products sold by Real Low are fulfilled through third-party suppliers and warehouse partners.
Shipping timelines, package handling, investigation periods, and inventory availability may be influenced by supplier-specific policies and procedures.
Real Low reserves the right to align shipping resolutions, replacement approvals, and claim timelines with applicable supplier requirements.
Shipping Liability Disclaimer
Real Low is not responsible for carrier-related delays, lost shipments pending investigation, customs issues, weather disruptions, address errors provided by customers, or delivery problems outside our direct control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Real Low disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to shipping or delivery issues.
In all cases, Real Low reserves the right to make final determinations regarding shipping claims, delivery disputes, replacement eligibility, and refund approvals.
Policy Updates
Real Low reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the website following policy changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
