Real Low currently ships only within the United States.

Shipping estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather events, supply chain disruptions, holidays, customs issues, or other circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of Real Low.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Real Low is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses submitted by customers.

Returns & Refunds

Approved refunds are generally processed within 1–3 business days, although financial institution processing times may vary.
